With the increasing concerns surrounding COVID-19 (Coronavirus), we want you to know that we are actively monitoring this evolving threat and are providing this notice to keep you updated on known closures and delays. Please note that general delays may be experienced as numerous schools and business have closed or are operating on an emergency basis. Since this is an evolving crisis, please make sure to check this notice regularly.
Service Affected: Kentucky County Criminal/Civil Searches
Effective 03/16/20, the Supreme Court of Kentucky has issued an order affecting access to Kentucky courts. This order prevents access by the general public to the courts and the courts public access terminals. Details on this order can be found here:

Impact: This action will impact all Kentucky county court searches, both criminal and civil.
Alternative: The Kentucky Administrative Office of Courts (AOC) unified court system remains operational and may be used in place of any Kentucky county criminal search requests.
