Justifacts also offers a paperless, electronic Chain of Custody (COC) form and an online scheduling system that is available for users to schedule tests, choose collection sites and set customized parameters that determine cutoff times, as well as immediate email or text the COC to the applicant.

Test results are seamlessly incorporated into the background screening report, keeping all of the information pertaining to your applicants in one easy-to-read report.

Justifacts utilizes a nationwide network of qualified collection sites, which ensures that our clients have the coverage they need—no matter where their applicants or employees are located. All tests are performed to SAMSHA standards and include a review by a Medical Review Officer. We offer an electronic Chain of Custody (COC) form and an online system for scheduling tests, choosing collection sites, customizing cutoff times, and immediately emailing/texting the COC to the applicant. Yes, you have the option of choosing tests for any combination of drugs based on the specific needs of the job position you are hiring for.

Justifacts’ services are comprised of all types of testing (e.g. pre-employment, random, DOT, etc.) and include the standard 5-, 9-, and 10-panel drug tests. We offer tests for any combination of drugs based on the specific needs of the employer. While the most common form of testing is a urine sample collected at a collection site, Justifacts also offers hair tests and lab-based oral tests, for which the specimen is collected onsite and then sent to the lab for testing.
