Have Your 2013 Background Check Forms Been Updated to Meet New FCRA Requirements?

For this post, Justifacts reports that the new forms are required beginning January 1st, 2013. Recently, it was brought to our attention that there are still companies who are either not aware of the change or have not yet had the opportunity to update their forms for compliance purposes.
This is just a friendly reminder to update all of your background check forms in order to keep them in compliance for 2013.
