Resume data is either provided via ATS integration or candidate upload.  

Our parsing process is compatible with most document and image file types.

After information is imported from the resume, the candidate has a chance to review and make changes.  Any changes they make are then highlighted for your review.

When using Resume Review, you can either set the system to simply notify you of any changes or to require your approval of changes.  This can be useful if you'd like to make sure the changes are appropriate before the background check is run, but is not required.
