What is ID Verification?

ID Verification confirms the applicant’s identity and imports their key details directly from a government?issued ID. That means fewer delays, cleaner data, and confidence that the person you’re screening is the person you’re hiring.  Additionally, adding a selfie verification step prevents “borrowed” ID attempts and creates a consistent, documented security trail.

An ID verification can fail for a number of reasons, ranging from fraudulent documents & false identity to poor photo quality.  If it does fail, you will be given a reason for failure and the option to rerun the ID Verification.  You can also opt to run more in depth searches to attempt to verify the provided documents.
