What do you do as a Verification Specialist at Justifacts?
I call and confirm employment and education information. Also, I contact applicant’s references and verify professional license information.
What aspect of your role do you enjoy the most?
I like that the job is like a logic puzzle. If one method isn’t working you have to try something new. You have to constantly think outside of the box and I like the challenge of that.
If you could switch your job with anyone else within Justifacts, whose job would you want?
I think I would switch jobs with Karen Scott. I like training and working with new employees. Even more, I think it’s rewarding to see that moment when the light bulb goes off.
What do you like best about working at Justifacts?
I like the bonus opportunities. Also, it never gets boring. The day goes by fast.

I grew up outside of Las Vegas, Nevada. I have seven children and I served in the Navy as a Russian translator. I lived in Hawaii and I love zombies!

What’s something that you coworkers would be surprised to hear?
I enjoy playing Frisbee golf. My family and I like to play at Deer Lakes Park and I have been playing for about 12 years.
