Is there a time when you helped a client?
I’ve done a lot of work with system-based training. I’ve helped to implement an online knowledgebase, ticketing, and live-chat features.
What’s been your favorite project?
I enjoy the work I have done and continue to do on the website, I put a lot of effort into it and when it actually goes right — that’s exciting!
What first drew you to Justifacts?
I was impressed by the company’s growth potential and abilities. I saw a lot of opportunities to use my skills and make improvements.

I’m a husband and father of a two-year-old little boy, Ellis. I am the oldest of three sons, born and raised in scenic Western, PA. I graduated from Slippery Rock University in 2009.

I do a good Elvis (lip) impersonation and I used to be 45 pounds heavier.
